Document 03 · Version 1.1 · 15 September 2026
This page is about: information we handle as a studio - the website, enquiries, internships, and running client work.
This page is not about: data sitting inside a client’s product that we only touch as their supplier. That is the Data processing addendum.

1. Who to talk to

REZA APPS in Buea, Cameroon, looks after the information described here unless we say otherwise.

Cameroon’s rules are not a carbon copy of European ones. When we work with people in the EEA or UK, we still try to be transparent, collect less rather than more, keep things reasonably safe, and honour sensible requests - because that is how we would want to be treated.

2. What we usually collect

WhenWhatFrom
Contact or proposal formsName, organisation, email, phone, messageYou

DeliveryLogins you give us, project contactsYou

Please do not send health, religion, or other highly sensitive details through a marketing form. If a project truly needs that kind of data, we will ask in a controlled way.

3. Why we hold it

So we can answer you, decide whether a brief fits us (including our ethics review), do the work, invoice, keep the books, run internships, keep the site standing, and meet the law.

We do not sell personal data. We do not feed your enquiry into public AI models to train them.

4. Why that is allowed (where that language is used)

Depending on the moment: because we are in a contract with you, or because we have a legitimate need to run a small studio safely, or because you said yes (for extra cookies or optional mail), or because the law requires it.

5. Who else sees it

Only people who need it:

  • the tools we already use to work (Workspace, email, cloud, DNS, payments), under their terms;
  • accountants or lawyers, who are bound to keep it quiet;
  • the authorities, if the law says we must.

Internship CVs and interview recordings stay inside the team. They are not posted online.

6. Other countries

Some of those tools keep copies outside Cameroon. We pick known providers and send as little as we can.

7. How long

  • A conversation that never became a project: usually up to two years
  • Clients and accounts: for the relationship, then as long as the books must be kept
  • Internship files: through the programme, then a while for references or a dispute, then we look again
  • Server logs: only as long as we need them for security

8. Your say

You can ask to see, correct, delete, or limit what we hold, or object to certain uses. Write to contact.rezaapps@gmail.com. We may need to check it is you. We may say no if the request is unlawful, excessive, or would stop us doing a contract we still have to finish - and we will say why.

9. Looking after it

We limit who has access, use unique logins, and encrypt in transit where the tools allow. Nothing is perfect. If you think something has gone wrong, tell us at contact.rezaapps@gmail.com.

10. Children

This site is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect their data through marketing forms.

11. When this page changes

If we change how we work in a way you would notice, we will update this page and the date.
