1. Hello

These few pages are run by REZA APPS in Buea, Cameroon. If you need us: contact.rezaapps@gmail.com · +237 6 73 62 66 95.

Reading the site is not the same as hiring us. If we work together on software, that relationship is covered by our Client terms of engagement and our Professional ethics and engagement standards.

2. What you will find here

Case notes, articles, and examples are here to explain how we think. They are not legal, medical, financial, or technical advice for your situation, and they are not a contract. A real engagement starts when we send a written proposal or statement of work and you accept it.

3. Using the site kindly

Please treat the site as you would a studio you walked into. Do not try to break it, flood it, sneak in, impersonate someone, plant malware, or copy large chunks of our writing or brand to dress up someone else’s brochure. Sharing a link is always welcome.

4. Who owns what

The words, layout, marks, and pictures on the site belong to us or to people who have licensed them to us. Client names and logos appear with permission, or as a fair mention of work we actually did. Those marks stay theirs.

Short quotation for honest comment is fine where the law allows it. Wholesale copying is not.

5. Links out

If we point you somewhere else, that is a door, not a blessing. Their rules and privacy practices take over when you leave.

6. We do not take every brief

Some projects are not for us. Our ethics standards explain why, in a human way. Sending a message through the site does not oblige us to reply or to quote - though we do try to be decent about it.

7. If something on the site goes wrong

We look after the site, but we cannot promise it will never hiccup. To the extent the law lets us say so, we are not liable for loss that comes only from reading or relying on the public site. That does not excuse fraud, or harm we cause by negligence where the law will not let us limit it.

8. We may tidy this page

If we change the site or these terms, we will update the date at the top. Keeping using the site after that means you are alright with the new version.

9. Law

These website terms follow the laws of Cameroon. Disputes sit with the courts there, without taking away any consumer protections you cannot waive.
